Washington County GIS Team Creates Voting Center Locator for 2020 General Election

HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 10, 2020) – The Washington County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Department has created a Voting Center Locator to ease the process of finding the closest in-person voting location for the 2020 General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. County residents are able to vote at any of the 11 locations shown on the map. The Voting Center Locator can be found on the County’s homepage at www.washco-md.net.
To view the most recent updates regarding voting, please read the 2020 General Election Voter Guide provided by the Maryland State Board of Elections. Due to COVID-19, it is encouraged to vote by mail. Mail-in ballots can be returned via mail or by placing ballots in any of the drop box locations shown in the graphic below.
County residents may also opt to participate in Early Voting which will take place beginning Monday, October 26, 2020 – Monday, November 2, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The location for Early Voting is Washington County Early Voting Center, 17718 Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
