Upcoming Changes to Allegiant’s Digital System

Starting today, August 22nd, 2023, Allegiant will be updating their system for more productive and ease of performance check in and boarding process.

Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR) will be accessing the new system for the first time during their flights on Friday, August 25th, 2023 for checking in passengers, checking bags and /or printing of boarding passes as well as boarding of passengers.

If you are not able to check in for your flight and/or access your boarding pass, our team will assist you at the Allegiant ticket counter.

Airport processing could take longer than normal due to this change.  We strongly encourage all passengers to arrive at their departure airports at the recommended 2 hrs prior to their scheduled departures to help elevate any issues or possible delays.

In advance, we appreciate your patience and look forward to continuing to provide the best possible service during this transition.
