TRAFFIC ALERT: Detour on Creek Road for Bridge Improvements

HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 25, 2024) – The Washington County Division of Engineering announces a temporary detour on Creek Road, due to bridge construction improvements conducted by the State Highway Administration (SHA) contractor Triton Construction, Inc. This closure will be in effect beginning Thursday, June 27, 2024, through Friday, June 28, 2024, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. In the case of inclement weather, the rain dates will be Monday, July 1, 2024, through Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

The detour route will be clearly marked, and motorists are advised to follow posted signs and use caution when traveling through the area.
