Board of County Commissioners Schedule Additional Public Meeting

HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 24, 2019) – During theBoard of County Commissioners regularly scheduled April 23, 2019 meeting, the board came to a consensus to schedule an additional public meeting for April 30, 2019. The meeting will be held at 100 W. Washington Street, Suite 1101, Hagerstown. Commissioner President Jeffrey A. Cline will call the public meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Washington County Government is planning for fiscal year 2020 and beyond with a five-year operation budget outlook. In preparation of the May 14, 2019 Budget Hearing, a thorough review of the FY2020 budget by line item will be presented to the board during the April 30, 2019 meeting. A full agenda of the meeting will be posted to the Washington County Government website later this week.

The public is invited to attend and participate in the Budget Hearing scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on May 14, 2019, at Kepler Theater.
