Summer Camp Registration Now Open for Washington County

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 23, 2024) – Summer is fast approaching, and The Washington County Department of Parks & Recreation is thrilled to announce that registration for the 2024 Summer Camps is now open!

From exhilarating summer camps to refreshing swims at Marty Snook Pool, there’s an abundance of activities for the whole family to enjoy in Washington County.

Our youth summer camps are designed for children ages 5 to 12 and are conveniently located at four sites (click on the links below to access our Parent Guides for each camp):

Campers will engage in a variety of activities, including crafts, sports, and other exciting fun. Additionally, Washington County provides rental options for special events, allowing families to reserve pavilions, fields, and facilities for their gatherings.

Liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential personal on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, until noon. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual.

The starting time for today’s Board of County Commissioners meeting will be reevaluated at 9:00 am.
