Marty Snook Pool Scheduled to Reopen to the Public

HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 6, 2020) – Washington County Parks and Recreation announces Marty Snook Pool will open to the public beginning Monday, June 8, 2020. Although the pool is reopening, there are regulations the public must follow to meet CDC guidelines:
  • 100 people will be allowed inside the pool gates.
  • Slides will be closed.
  • No pool socials.
  • Pool concessions will be prepackaged food only.
  • Maintain physical distance of 6 feet or more at all times.

LIBERAL LEAVE IS IN EFFECT FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY GOVERNMENT

Liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential personal on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, until noon. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual.

The starting time for today’s Board of County Commissioners meeting will be reevaluated at 9:00 am.
