HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 29, 2022) – Washington County Parks and Recreation announces the Jim and Fay Powers Music Series at Pen Mar Park for October 2, 2022, has been canceled due to the forecasted inclement weather.

The concert will not be rescheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
