Hagerstown Regional Airport Increases Number of Summer Flights

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 31, 2024) – Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR) is excited to announce significant enhancements to its summer and fall/winter 2024-2025 flight schedule. Travelers can now enjoy increased flights to Orlando-Sanford and St. Pete-Clearwater, which will be available no less than four days a week through February 10, 2025, and with a peak of six weekly flights to those two cities during June 23, 2024 – August 13, 2024. Additionally, expanded service to Myrtle Beach will be offered through November 11, 2024, at a frequency of four per week.

Calendar Year 2024 will feature a total of 293 inbound and outbound flights, marking a significant 38% increase from the 212 flights offered in 2023.

  • Myrtle Beach (MYR):
    • Flights resumed on Friday, May 24, 2024.
    • Increases to four flights per week starting June 6, 2024 – September 2, 2024.
    • Continued service at two flights per week from September 2, 2024 – November 11, 2024.
  • St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE):
    • Current flights run through August 13, 2024.
    • Increased to three flights per week from June 23, 2024, to August 13, 2024.
    • Resumes on October 3, 2024, at two flights per week and runs through February 10, 2025.
  • Orlando-Sanford (SFB):
    • Year-round service continues.
    • Increased to three flights per week from June 17, 2024, to August 12, 2024.

With these additions, HGR will reach a new peak with ten weekly summer flights, offering more convenience and flexibility for travelers. Allegiant’s schedule has now been published through mid-February 2025. Be sure to book now and enjoy the great fares.
