Forty West Landfill Now Able to Accept Used Motor Oil

Hagerstown, MD (June 13, 2023) – The Washington County Department of Solid Waste & Recycling announces the Forty West Landfill is now able to accept used motor oil once again. After undergoing maintenance and repairs since May 31, 2023, the Landfill’s used oil tank has been fully restored, including necessary repairs and a fresh coat of paint, and is now back in service.
