Attend the 2021 Washington County Ag Expo & Fair

 
HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 12, 2021) – The Washington County Department of Business Development shares the 2021 Washington County Ag Expo and Fair begins on Saturday, July 17, 2021. The event will take place at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center located at 7313 Sharpsburg Pike, Sharpsburg, MD, and will run from Saturday, July 17, 2021, through Saturday, July 24, 2021. Agricultural activities and demonstrations will happen throughout the week. Below is a list of special days throughout the week:
 
  • Saturday, July 17: Opening Day
  • Sunday, July 18: Military Appreciation Day (free admission with valid military ID)
  • Tuesday, July 20: Senior Citizen Day (free admission for those 65 and over)
  • Wednesday, July 21: Kids Day
  • Thursday, July 22: 4-H/FFA Market Sale at 5:30 p.m.

Admission
 
  • Gate admission starts daily at 12:00 PM – closing
 
Daily Rates
 
  • $5.00-Daily Gate Admission. Kids age 5 and under get in FREE!
 
 
Weekly Rate Passes
 
  • $25.00-Weekly Gate Admission Pass for the duration of the Ag Expo and Fair. This pass does not include track events.
 
  • $25.00-4-H/FFA Gate & Event Pass weekly admission passes for the duration of the Ag Expo and Fair. This pass includes track events.
 
  • $50.00-Gate & Event Pass weekly admission passes for Ag Expo and Fair. This pass includes track events.
 
Daily Carnival Wristbands. Unlimited Rides All Night.
 
  • $15.00-Per Person. Monday- Saturday only.

Liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential personal on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, until noon. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual.

The starting time for today’s Board of County Commissioners meeting will be reevaluated at 9:00 am.
