Aircraft Incident at Hagerstown Regional Airport

HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 29, 2021) – On Monday, March 29, 2021 at approximately 2:20 p.m., a small twin-engine aircraft with 2 persons on board had a landing gear malfunction while landing at Hagerstown Regional Airport.
 
The Airport Fire Department and Airport Personnel responded to the scene and found neither person on board was injured.
 
The aircraft was able to be successfully removed from the runway with minimal disruption to airport operations. This incident is currently under further investigation.
 
The airport is currently open and fully operational, and no flights were delayed or canceled by this incident.
