HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 8, 2021) – Washington County Highway Department announces Walnut Point West will be closed between Route 40 and Walnut Point Road beginning Monday, September 13, 2021, through Thursday, September 23, 2021, from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The road will be closed for the replacement of a headwall.

 

The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area. School buses and emergency vehicles will be accommodated if needing to pass through the area.
