COVID-19 Update from Allegiant Air

HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 13, 2020) – Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR) shares the following information from Allegiant Air:
  • For flight changes and contact information for Allegiant, please visit Allegiant.com and click the Travel Alert link in the yellow banner or visit the direct link at https://www.allegiantair.com/travel-advisory-more-info
  • The Allegiant call center is experiencing extremely high call volume. Passengers can email or message on social media with the flight confirmation number and Allegiant will respond as soon as possible.
  • Please keep in mind the response time may be longer than usual due to the high volume of calls and messages.
  • To view Allegiant’s aircraft cleaning process, please visit the COVID-19 web page.
Garrison Plessinger, director of HGR said, “Safety of our customers is of utmost importance to us, and we are currently taking additional precautions such as additional cleaning and disinfecting of our facilities. We also have hand sanitizer dispensers placed throughout the airport for customer convenience.”
At this time, all Allegiant flights from HGR are operating as normal. If there are any changes or cancellations to flights, HGR will notify the public.
