Filing Information & Hearing Schedule
APPLICATION: Filing for a hearing date is done by appointment only. Appointments are accepted Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment call 240-313-2460.
NOTICE: Applications must be received before Noon on “filing date” to be considered for corresponding hearing date. The filing date is a general guide as to when an appeal may be expected to be heard; it is not a guarantee that an appeal will be scheduled for the corresponding hearing date. In instances where the number and type of applications received by an individual filing date may be expected to overburden or unduly prolong an individual hearing, applications may be scheduled for a future hearing date.
