The Real Property Administrator is responsible for:
- Property appraisals, negotiations and settlements
- All right of way and real property matters in cooperation with the County Attorney
- Maintaining right of way case records
- Handling bonding and street acceptance for the County
- Determining ownership of property located in the path of County construction projects
- Recording deeds
