Hagerstown Regional Airport Announces Expanded Flight Schedule for Spring 2025

HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 12, 2024) – Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR) is excited to announce the release of Allegiant’s Fall 2024-Spring 2025 flight schedule, which will bring significant growth to our service offerings. As a result, passengers will enjoy more travel options and increased convenience during the upcoming season.

Key highlights from the updated schedule include:

  • St. Pete/Clearwater, FL (PIE): After a brief hiatus during August and September, flights will continue at no less than two times per week from October 2024 to May 12, 2025, providing consistent service to this popular destination
  • Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB): Service continues year-round to this destination. Flights will be offered three times a week during the months of October 2024, February and March 2025! A few extra flights will also be conducted during the holiday weeks of December with service returning to twice-a-week frequencies for much of the remaining schedule.
  • Myrtle Beach, SC (MYR): Flights to Myrtle Beach are running until November 11, 2024, and HGR is hopeful that they will return around the third or fourth week of May 2025 for the summer season.
  • Overall Growth: On a year-over-year basis, HGR will experience a total increase of 67 flights, translating to a 31.5% increase in capacity. Specifically, CY2023 saw 213 total scheduled/completed flights, while CY2024 is set to have 280 flights. Note: each flight represents one air carrier arrival and one air carrier departure for a total of 560 Allegiant air carrier movements/operations for Calendar Year 2024.

We encourage our travelers to plan their fall 2024 and spring 2025 getaways, taking full advantage of the increased flight options available at the Hagerstown Regional Airport. Thank you for “flying HGR”!
