Washington County Solid Waste Facilities Closing Early

HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 16, 2020) – Washington County Solid Waste Department announces it will be closing facilities early on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, due to inclement weather.

The department will be closing transfer stations at 11:30 a.m. and the 40 West landfill will be closing at noon.

The County encourages those who must travel to exercise caution while on all roadways.
