HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 25, 2024) – The Washington County 250th Planning Committee is excited to announce the launch of its Semiquincentennial logo, webpage, and social media accounts, marking the beginning of our grand celebration under the theme, “United in History, Together in Progress.”

Join us as Washington County proudly celebrates the 250th anniversary of both our county and our country! For 250 years, our vibrant community has been a cornerstone of American history, culture, and progress. The new webpage and social media accounts will serve as central hubs for all information related to the Semiquincentennial celebrations, providing updates on events, historical insights, and opportunities for community involvement.

Liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential personal on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, until noon. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual.
