HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 25, 2022) – Washington County Highway Department announces Southern Boulevard from the Frederick Street roundabout to the Oak Ridge Drive roundabout will be closed on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. The road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for shoulder repairs.
